Language is not a side issue. It determines your start date.
In international recruitment, language is a matter of planning. The required level determines when a skilled worker can enter the country and start work at your company. That's why the language level is defined as early as the needs analysis.
Our language training doesn't just prepare candidates for an exam. It is geared towards their actual day-to-day work.

| Target level | Typical job profiles | Impact on lead time |
|---|---|---|

| B2 | Apprenticeship trades, care professions | 10 months from commissioning to the first working day. |
Training focuses on what your company actually needs
- Understanding work instructions and asking clarifying questions
- Understanding and confirming receipt of safety briefings
- Communication with supervisors and colleagues
- Shift handovers and reporting deviations
- Communication with quality assurance
- Everyday language for dealing with authorities, doctors, landlords and banks
The last point is not an add-on. A skilled worker who cannot cope in their private life will not deliver full performance at work.
Verified before you commit
The language exam is taken in India, and the language certificate is issued before the skilled worker enters Germany.
What this means for your company
Your start date is set early because the language target is set early – and onboarding doesn't begin with basic communication problems.
